MY ITEM IS FAULTY, HOW DO I REPLACE IT?
In the rare case that your item is faulty please email us at contact@elegantfashionclub.com or Whatsapp at +8801313264554 attaching a few pictures clearly showing the issue.
Our Product Team will evaluate the case and follow up with the best solution (replacement or repair depending on the case).
I WANT TO CHANGE THE COLOR or SIZE or ANY OTHER PRODUCT INSTEAD OF RECEIVED PRODUCT. HOW CAN I DO IT?
Yes, you can change the received item with another color or size of same style. Also with another style.
All returns need to be received in the original packaging and in an unused and resalable condition.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Email to us at contact@elegantfashionclub.com and message /Whatsapp at +8801313264554 stating your order number and which items you’d like to exchange/return and the reason. We’ll send you a pre-paid REDX (courier service company) to you for the collection or drop-off.
Returns and exchanges are processed within 2-3 working days from the time we receive the products back.
DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURN & EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS?
Yes, we offer free returns and exchanges of products . Only Courier cost has to bear by customer. You can return your items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.
